Private Investment Firm — Central, Hong Kong

A competitive bidding process resulted in nirmāna being appointed to deliver the design and build of the Hong Kong headquarters for a global, US-based investment firm.

The brief called for the conversion of a bare-shell space in a highly sought-after office building in Central, Hong Kong, into a tasteful, highly functional workplace aligned with the client’s global office standards. The mandate placed particular emphasis on technical performance, operational efficiency, and budget control, requiring close coordination with the firm’s overseas teams and local management to translate global standards into a fully resolved Hong Kong workspace.

nirmāna handled and facilitated every aspect of the project, from design development and 3D visualisation through to build, technical coordination, furniture, handover, and post-project maintenance. The result is a refined, technically robust office delivered on time, with the completed space closely reflecting the approved design intent.
