Ovolo Group HQ — Central, Hong Kong

nirmāna worked in collaboration with award-winning design and architecture firm K+K Associates to transform an oval-shaped bare-shell space in Central into the Hong Kong headquarters for Ovolo Group.

Delivered within a tight programme, the project required careful coordination across multiple contractor teams and selected vendors, with nirmāna managing the overall build process from site execution through to completion. The result is a highly design-forward and efficiently planned workplace, full of personality and character.

Reflecting Ovolo’s boutique hospitality DNA, the office reimagines the traditional corporate headquarters through vibrant design, bold spatial thinking, and the same distinctive energy the brand brings to its hotels.
