LMR Partners 01 — Central, Hong Kong

nirmāna was engaged to refresh and enhance the primary Hong Kong office of LMR Partners, a global hedge fund with highly technical workplace requirements.

The scope focused on improving the space both aesthetically and functionally, including a refreshed design language, layout refinements, IT-related coordination, and the integration of custom-made trading desks through our furniture vertical. As the firm’s needs evolved, particularly following the delivery of their second Hong Kong floor — which nirmāna was re-appointed to fit out — this office became increasingly focused on core investment operations.

Our role has continued well beyond the initial revamp. nirmāna remains a trusted partner for ongoing maintenance, layout revisions, furniture adjustments, and operational changes — delivering timely, practical solutions that allow the workplace to keep pace with headcount, technology, and day-to-day business requirements.
