Private Investment Firm — Central, Hong Kong

nirmāna was engaged to transform an existing semi-fitted office within an A-grade commercial building in Central into a tailored workplace for a private investment firm.

Working around the existing layout and finishes, we elevated the zoning, added new closed spaces, refined storage and server areas, and created a more considered open-plan work environment. The design incorporated the client’s brand colours, art collection, and overall aesthetic, while combining retained workstations with new furniture procured through nirmāna’s furniture vertical.

We also delivered structured cabling, introduced a trusted IT partner, and coordinated with the landlord’s nominated teams — resulting in a practical, brand-aligned office delivered through an adaptive design and build approach.
