LMR Partners 02 — Central, Hong Kong

Following the successful revamp of LMR Partners’ first Hong Kong office floor, nirmāna was re-appointed to complete the bare-shell fit-out of their second.

Designed as a client-facing and team-focused complement to the trading-led office below, the space includes conference rooms, meeting and breakout areas, a larger social kitchen, gaming zone, gym, relaxation room, and dedicated server room. We also facilitated IT-related coordination, procured all office furniture through nirmana’s furniture vertical, and incorporated design cues from LMR’s global offices.

The result is a truly end-to-end design and build project: a more design-forward workplace for meetings, entertainment, collaboration, recovery, and team culture within a high-performing hedge fund environment.
