Keyrock Capital Management — Wan Chai, Hong Kong

nirmāna was appointed to deliver the bare-shell design and build of Keyrock Capital Management’s Hong Kong office within a prominent Swire-developed A-grade building in Wan Chai.

For this boutique hedge fund, the brief was to create a workplace that felt warm, composed, and highly personal — a softer alternative to the conventional corporate office, designed to support focus, discretion, and long working hours. The client also placed emphasis on the psychology of colour, with ideas such as drive, focus, and productivity informing the palette, material choices, lighting, and overall atmosphere.

nirmāna managed the full fit-out process, including technical coordination, furniture, finishes, and site delivery. The result is a calm, characterful workplace that reflects the firm’s culture while meeting the practical expectations of a high-performing investment team.
